Georgia Unemployment – 9.1%

Word just came out today that unemployment is at a record high, 9.1%. This is the highest since they recorded the jobless numbers. Today I”m a little depressed, I really wan to get back working, and be productive, but the more I look and the less I find. I wanted ot just start working temp, but part of the jump is that it’s from temp agencies, so if I don’t get my unemployment extention I don’t know what I will do.

I’m going to an Atlanta Executive Network speed networking tonight. It should be interesting, I have my 30 secon speech kidna down and will practice it. I have been networking, going to lunches and trying to find a job but nothing. Yeah this is a downer post. But I do see things picking up and I have heard from a few folks next month maybe better.
